Our Policies

As a courtesy to other clients and to ensure that our business runs smoothly, please respect the following policies.

Cancellation: Out of respect for our quests and our nail technicians, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel appointments so your time may be offered to someone else. We reserve the right to redeem any Groupon, LivingSocial vouchers with no shows. There will be a $20 charge to any Groupon or LivingSocial appointments cancelled less than 24 hours ahead.

Refunds: If you are not happy with your manicure, pedicure or any other service provided, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will try to solve the issue to your satisfaction. Please note that there will be  ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS or redos after you leave our salon.

Guarantee: Nail enhancements and gel/shellac manicures or pedicures are guaranteed for 7 days after your appointment, excluding breakage. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call to schedule a free repair. All repairs need to be scheduled and fixed within 7 days after your original appointment. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
